Privacy policy
JP Franklin Asbestos (part of JP Franklin Roofing) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, store and share personal information in line with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.
Information we collect
- Information you give us when you request a quote, contact us or upload photos: your name, phone number, email, property address or suburb, details about your property and any photos or messages you send.
- Technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visited, used to keep our forms secure and prevent spam.
- Marketing attribution – if you arrive from an advert or link, we record the campaign source (for example “google / cpc”) with your enquiry so we know which advertising works.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes, arrange site visits and carry out work.
- To keep records of the work we do, including asbestos testing and disposal documentation.
- To improve our website and measure our advertising.
We don’t sell your personal information. We only share it with people who help us deliver our services – for example laboratories analysing samples, or our email and website providers – and where the law requires it.
Cookies and analytics
Our website doesn’t currently use advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we’ll update this policy.
Storage and security
Enquiries and photos are stored securely and are only accessible to authorised JP Franklin staff. We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as required by law.
